Orders over €499 qualify for free international shipping.
For orders below this amount, a flat €35 shipping fee applies.

Coil machines: 3-year warranty on all parts. Lifetime free tune-ups at our workshop or conventions.
Rotary machines: 1-year warranty on all components.
Power supplies: 2-year warranty on the main unit, 1 year on the adapter.
Clip cords & foot pedals: 1-year warranty (no signs of external damage or self-repair).

Warranty excludes damages from misuse, impact, liquids, or unauthorized modifications.
