Our loyalty program is designed to give you extra value with every purchase. Here’s a clear and simple overview of how it works. 

General Rules

• Bonus points are visible to everyone — even if you aren’t registered yet, you can see how many points each product gives.
  

• Guest orders count too — if you place an order as a guest and create an account during checkout, the points from that order will still be added.
  

• Points are credited automatically once your order is completed.
  

• Order cancellation removes the points earned from that order.
  

• Points and discount coupons (promo codes) cannot be used together — choose whichever option is more beneficial for you.
  
  

How to Earn Points

• Create an account: +5 points
  

• Subscribe to our newsletter: +5 points
  

• Leave a product review: +10 points (up to 3 reviews per product)
  
  

How to Use Points

• 1 point = €1
  

• You can pay up to 10% of your cart total using points
  

• Points can be used on discounted items
  

• When paying with points, new points are calculated based on the remaining amount
  
  

Points Expiration

• If there is no activity for 400 days (no purchases or point usage), your points will expire.
  

• We’ll notify you 30, 14, 7, 3 and 1 day before your points are due to expire.
