Return & Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase and return the item without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order.

Return Period:
The return period starts on the day you, or a third party authorized by you (excluding the courier), physically receive the item.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• in its original packaging;

• free of any signs of use;

• in unused and undamaged condition, suitable for resale (no wear, dirt, or mechanical damage).

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the item’s value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds:
If the item meets the return requirements and the delivery service was completed (i.e., the item was delivered), we will refund only the item’s cost, excluding the original delivery fee.
Return shipping costs are also borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item.
