Not satisfied? You can return or exchange your machine within 14 days of receipt (shipping at customer’s expense).

• Coil machines: 3-year warranty on all parts. Lifetime free tune-ups at our workshop or conventions.
• Rotary machines: 1-year warranty on all components.
• Power supplies: 2-year warranty on the main unit, 1 year on the adapter.
• Clip cords & foot pedals: 1-year warranty (no signs of external damage or self-repair).

Warranty excludes damages from misuse, impact, liquids, or unauthorized modifications.
